Work History
Rick began his career in the office products industry with the PM Company in 1981. He remained with PM for eleven years, and held various positions including Western Regional Manager. Rick joined B3W, Inc. in 1992. His standout work ethic and ability to understand the sales process, earned Rick a richly-deserved promoted to the position of Vice President of Sales in 2001. Rick continues to add great value at B3W and has played a strong role in our overall sales and commission growth.

Jim began working for B3W as an entry-level sales rep in 1988 in the Arizona market assisting a senior rep. He began calling on the smaller dealers and within a year and a half he was promoted to Territory Manager handling AZ, NM, NV and El Paso. Over the years Jim has established great relationships with the dealer community, has achieved his sales goals and has won various awards for his efforts.

Danielle has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Her education mainly focused on business management and accounting. Danielle’s experience in the hospitality field gave her a unique understanding on how to work well with people. Danielle was the President of Kappa Delta Sorority in her final year at CalPoly which gave her the opportunity to “lead her peers.” Danielle started work at B3W, Inc. in Customer Service and Inside Support. She was given the opportunity to spread her wings working as a sales rep for the company, and has been tremendously successful.

Katie began her career in office products with Staples Advantage 6 years ago. Throughout her time there, she worked in both Inside and Outside Sales and was able to implement various sales techniques that allowed her to succeed in her role. Katie is excited to join the B3W team as their newest Sales Representative, covering Los Angeles and Orange County.

Mike joined B3W in 2016 bringing two decades of sales experience in the contract furniture industry. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing from San Diego State University and was a small business owner before beginning his sales career as both a dealer and later as manufacturer’s representative. Initially concentrating on government sales which included a long tenure with HON as well as SitOnIt, and KI, he later branched out into education, healthcare and commercial markets. Over the years, he has developed lasting relationships by being a trusted advisor to dealers, purchasing offices, general contractors, architects and interior design firms in San Diego and throughout the Western Region.

Randy started in the Office Supply Industry in 1989 with a company that was purchased by Office Depot. He held various positions which provided him with thorough understanding of customer service and this allowed him to make the transition into sales. Randy soon realized his passion for sales and he was able to attain many awards due to his great efforts. We were thankful to be able to add him to our team and he continues to be a key member of our team.

Moses Acosta

With 33 years office products experience under his belt, Moses Acosta can brag of numerous sales awards, good guy awards, Rep of the Year awards, and the list goes on. He began his industry career with Johnson & Staley, and was subsequently retained by United Stationers. He has been with USA West (and Hal Feder) for 25 years. Moses covers a sales territory which includes northern and central California as well as Reno. In addition to his reseller responsibilities, Moses is committed to consumer development and can count government agencies in Sacramento and Carson City among his well-established relationships.

Josie began her office products career in 1981 as a manufacturers’ rep with Office Products Suppliers and Hal Feder Company. She also has experience with a dealership, where as sales manager she helped expand marketing efforts in the government division. Josie covers a territory which includes the Bay Area and the Monterey Peninsula. her major focus is to create and develop business opportunities with key end-users. Josie’s success in controlling contract specifications is in direct proportion to her attention to detail and her comprehensive consumer relationships.

Lee Klose

Lee’s career in the Office Products Industry has lasted over 37 years. She started in the field and quickly attained Regional sales management positions with Rubbermaid, At-A-Glance, and Avery. Her responsibilities included both Commercial and Mass Market. Lee’s dream of starting her own business, and staying put in Arizona, led to the formation of Klose and Associates in 2000. In 2013, Lee joined forces with USA West as an Account Manager covering the Arizona market. Her mission is (1) to provide focused and stable market coverage in a rapidly changing business environment, and (2) to maximize sales of the products she represents through dealer participation and consumer contacts.

Kim has 35 years of industry experiences which include purchasing, sales, and customer service. A few of those years were spent with regional distributor Marathon (Abbott), and over 6 years with L.A. Ward & Associates. Kim joined our organization on Day One in 1994, and is an irreplaceable member of our organization as Executive Administrator, Customer Service, and Sales Support, assisting the USA West Sales team whenever, wherever, and however needed. Kim is a standout in her position, and is consistently complimented for her “service with a smile”.

Megan’s responsibilities are many. She began her tenure at B3W in 2001. Proving quickly to be a genuine asset to the company with her outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, Megan advanced, and was promoted to the position of Bookkeeper. Mastering QuickBooks software, Her work now includes: accounts payable and receivable, billing, account and bank reconciliations, payroll services, payroll tax preparation and compliance. With her exceptional administrative, artistic, and people skills, Megan is a valued colleague, presently rounding out the team as the Office and Marketing Manager for B3W.
